RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: Our main goal is to keep our customers 100% satisfied. We have put in many hours of work to bring you these great prices on our Ralph Lauren product. In order to keep these prices as low as possible we have put a policy into place for our on-line store concerning exchanges and refunds. We inspect all garments before they are shipped for quality standards. These are genuine RL products which mean the washing and care instructions must be followed as listed on instruction tag attached to inside of garment(s). IDWOODS or Ralph Lauren is not responsible for problems caused by mishandling of instructions. In the event that a problem arises with our product, the following policies will prevail.
We will exchange any garment(s) for another pending the original sent garment(s) are returned to us as received. As received meaning the following. The garment(s) you are exchanging are unworn and are returned to IDWOODS in the original untorn poly bag and that all tags are attached and unharmed as you received them. Exchanges will be sent to customer shipping free. Under no circumstance will a garment be able to be exchanged if it has been washed or stained in any fashion. Exchanges will be granted upon inspection by IDWOODS. IDWOODS reserves the right of exchange refusal if the conditions above are not met.

ORDERING WITH CREDIT CARD? Want and expect worry free credit card ordering? We use it. We use the secure PAYPAL online credit card payment shopping cart system. Just add items and click on add to cart button. When done shopping just click on view cart anywhere on the site and check out. Its just that simple, and your IDWOODS order will be on its way to your front doorstep. Not a PAYPAL member? With the new updated Paypal you do not have to be a member to order through PAYPAL. Just follow the instructions through the checkout process using any of the listed credit cards. All credit cards must have a confirmed address.
ORDERING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION: You may have as many transactions as you wish. All orders ship USPS Priority Mail in hard side box. Delivery Confirmation is used with all orders for your protection and convenience. Your delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of order. If for some reason you do not receive a email with a delivery confirmation number please email IDWOODS and we will send another out to you via email. All orders will ship next business day unless completed after p.m. Central Standard Time. Any order completed after 7 p.m. will ship the following business day. Please allow 3-6 days for delivery from day of shipping within USA NOTE: 4-12 weeks delivery time for orders shipping outside of the USA if order is granted. IDWOODS does not deliver to all foreign countries due too customs regulation.
TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE: please click on the Priority mail box below or here. You will be redirected to the United States Postal Service web site tracking tool. Just enter your tracking number that was emailed to you and you can see the information on your Ralph Lauren order. IDWOODS uses only USPS Priority mail. All packages will ship in a hard side box to keep your Ralph Lauren garments safe during shipment. Save money on shipping and handling by ordering in multiples. Limit six garments per transaction. You may have as many transactions as you wish.
